This is for nothing that lots of compliments are following for Kareena Kapoor. The recent one to add to this list is director Raju Hirani who is shooting with Kareena for his forthcoming film '3 Idiots'. In an emotional scene, which she had to shoot, Kareena performed so well that it left director Raju Hirani speechless. Raju Hirani was so impressed with Kareena's performance in '3 Idiots' and especially that for an emotional scene that he and the whole unit clapped and gave a standing ovation for Kareena after the scene. Kareena is the number one on the power list and the best actress in India and she deserves everything which comes her way, as she has been working very hard and putting in a lot of efforts and has come a long way from where she started. People usually just look at the fame and the interesting lifestyle that the stars have. But people tend to oversee the amount of hard work, which is put in by the stars. Kareena Kapoor the most powerful actress of India had hard work way up the film industry. Kareena has learnt it the hard way and that's why she hasn't taken any of her success lightly and is not riding very high. Besides, she is gracing major magazine covers. Kareena is currently doing a bunch of movie together like 'Kambakkht Ishq', '3 Idiots', 'Agent Vinod', 'Mr. and Mrs. Khanna' and Rensil D'silva's earlier titled 'Jehad' produced by none other than Karan Johar. She will star in the film alongside Saif after they are over with this movie. She is juggling from one set to another. Recently she was so caught up with work that she had to shoot continuously for 36 hours even without a break. Incidentally, she is the boss of Saif inasmuch she takes every single decision and advises Saif on everything. She dominates a male in Bollywood or for that matter Hollywood! Saif is co-producing 'Race 2' on Kareena's advice. Lately, Kareena has taken a lot of interest in Saif's projects and his production house Illuminati Films with partner Dinesh Vijen. pite of her very bright professional career, she hasn't had an equally successful personal life, especially in relation to her first boyfriend Shahid Kapur, the chocolate boy of Bollywood. The life of this young man has been on the rocks since Kareena unceremoniously dumped him and moved on to Chhote Nawab Saif Ali Khan. Following his break-up with Kareena, Shahid has been linked to almost every Bollywood actress, be it Vidya Balan or Priyanka Chopra. Now, there is a buzz that Kareena Kapoor is causing a rift in Shahid and Priyanka's budding love life. Wish it were wrong. However, Kareena's recent remark in this context isn't very decent. She is reported to have said that she has moved on and wish Shahid Kapur would also do so. Besides, she has regretted for being dragged into all this. She wonders why should her name come up in connection with other people's lives! This has made Shahid to say, "We all know who is interfering in whose life." This obliquely points to Kareena's reference to his growing intimacy with Priyanka Chopra.
