Pop singer Britney Spears is refusing to take her sons on tour to Russia after she received a series of death threats by e-mail.

The Toxic hit-maker will base herself in Finland and fly in just for the two concerts in St Petersburg and Moscow next week, reported thesun.co.uk.

"Originally, both boys were to accompany Britney but she was against taking them because of these constant threats," said a source.

After the Moscow performance, Spears will fly straight to London in her private jet to be reunited with sons Sean Preston, three, and Jayden James, two.

The identity of the e-mail sender is unknown.

Britney Planning to convert to Judaism

Pop princess Britney Spears wants to prove her love for new boyfriend Jason Trawick by converting to his religion of Judaism.

The 'Toxic' singer who has been dating 37-year-old Trawick, who is also her agent, for the past four months wants to prove her commitment to the relationship by converting, reported Sun online.

The 27-year-old singer who is currently on a world tour to promote her latest album Circus has also hired the services of a Rabbi to teach her the tenets of the faith.

"Britney wants to try the religion Jason was brought up with as a mark of love," a source close to the singer said.

Spears who has two young children from her former marriage to Kevin Federeline, was recently spotted wearing a necklace with the 'Star of David' symbol.

The hitmaker who had a Baptist upbringing had also dabbled in the Jewish cult of Kabbalah in 2005, following in the footsteps of good friend Madonna, but gave up the practice soon.

Britney Spears gave onlookers an eyeful when she stepped out into the streets of Paris without her bra. The pop princess, presently on her Circus tour, was seen nipping out in a tight yellow dress during a visit to the Eiffel Tower.

The singer was reportedly spending some time with her sons, Jayden James and Sean Preston, while sightseeing the French capital, reports British tabloid The Sun.

And despite reports that she has gone back to junk-food, the Womanizer hitmaker appeared healthy and glowing.

Russian farmer eyes Britney Spears' California Mansion

A Russian farmer could become the proud owner of US pop diva Britney Spears' USD 7.9 million mansion in California.

According to the Russian agency, Doki, the potential buyer for the six-bedroom, seven-bathroom Renaissance style home is a 48-year-old farmer from the South Russian city of Krasnodar.

The farmer identified only by his first name 'Alexei' and his family are expected to leave for US for viewing of the pop star's house.

"The man has primarily been involved in agriculture for the past 16 years. At the current time among Alexei's assets are 1,000 hectares of land, two pig farms, horticultural gardens and fruit and vegetable production facilities," a press release said.

Apparently, one of the reasons he was attracted to the property is that his three daughters are huge Britney Spears fans.

"My daughters couldn't believe it when I told them, that they really could live in the home of their idol," the Russian farmer was quoted as saying in a statement by the real estate agency.

Pop princess Britney Spears who was earlier linked to a back-up dancer, has now found love with her agent Jason Trawick.

Trawick is a childhood friend of the 27-year-old star and even her father Jamie Spears, who has legal control of the singer’s personal and financial affairs, approves of her new man, reported People magazine online.

“They are totally and definitely dating. Her dad loves him. He’s the best thing that has happened to her,” a source told the magazine.

The ‘Toxic´ singer who has two children-- three-year-old Sean Preston and Jayden James, 2, with ex-husband Kevin Federline has been photographed with Trawick several times in the past few months.

The 37-year-old manager even accompanied Spears on her Bahamas trip last month.

“They’re very sweet together. Britney has always had a crush on Jason. He makes her really happy, and he’s great with the boys,” the source added.

The couple is currently in London, where Spears is performing the UK leg of her ‘The Circus Starring Britney Spears´ tour.

Popstar Britney Spears has done it again with her first performance of ‘Circus’ in UK, which is a huge hit with her fans.

Dressed as a ringmaster in a sequinned hat, blazer, fishnet tights and knee high boots, she began with a bang, descending from the rafters in a circus hoop, Daily Mail reported.

After two years of troubled celebrity life, Spears burst back into the limelight, kicking off the show at The 02 arena in Greenwich with her current hit song ‘Circus’.

Showing off a tanned and toned midriff as she performed ‘Radar’ in a jewelled bra and shorts, the controversy’s favourite child did not show any sign of the flab that she had put on in the past two years.

‘What’s up London. I am so happy to be here tonight,” Spears shouted out to her fans, who were in for a visual treat, with unicycles, magician’s style boxes, and clowns keeping the ‘Circus’ theme alive throughout.

The stadium audience was on their feet cheering as she belted out crowd favourites ‘Toxic’ and a 1990’s hit ‘Hit Me Baby One More Time’.

Later she played an extended version of Womanizer dressed as a sexy policewoman. The singer ended her gig in a blaze of confetti and fireworks.
