Sometime ago the news had been out that Abbas-Mustan will bring an Indian version of a popular Hollywood flick ‘The Italian Job’. Grapevines then had it that the film will bring in Abhishek Bachchan and Kareena Kapoor together, along with Neil Mukesh and Katrina Kaif.
The current buzz about this Hindi remake is that it will also have Priyanka Chopra, Akshay Khanna and Kunal Kapoor; dismissing Bebo rumours.
According to the film’s screenplay writer Rohit Jugraj, the Hindi version of ‘The Italian Job’ has been considerably changed, in spite the fact that the producers and Abbas-Mustan have bought the remake rights. “For one, the stakes for the heist are much higher. The situations, fights and adventures are all different - and so are the characters,” added Jugraj.
On the other hand Abbas-Mustan too confirmed that the script has undergone a lot of changes, though in spirit their ‘The Italian Job’ will remain the same. Revealing about the casting, the duo stated that they have not yet locked in the entire cast, but are indeed in talks to rope in the above mentioned stars. “It’s a very big project and we need to get the biggest names in place before we start,” said the filmmakers.

Priyanka to seduce seven husbands!
After winning accolades for her twelve roles act in Ashutosh Gowariker’s Whats Your Raashee, Priyanka Chopra will now be seen seducing seven husbands in Vishal Bharadwaj’s next untitled venture. It is learnt that Priyanka has already started preparing for the tough act.
A super excited Priyanka states, “Vishal’s next film is a huge canvas film and it really IS a challenging role for me. I am really looking forward to it. The film is a dark comedy and has been brilliantly written. In recent times, for me every role that I have performed be it Fashion, Kaminey or What’s Your Rashee, the films have been difficult and the roles a real tough challenge to portray. However, I believe they have brought out the best in me.”
While, director Vishal Bharadwaj has signed only Priyanka in the lead so far, it is still not known who will be playing the seven husbands opposite Priyanka. But it is definitely going to be interesting to watch who director Vishal Bharadwaj will be choosing for the seven roles.
I don’t even know Ranbir personally: Priyanka
While rumour mills are working ultimately regarding a blooming Ranbir Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra chemistry, the lady herself is upset about the full thing. Setting the record straight with After Hrs, Priyanka declared she doesn’t even know Ranbir personally. “I only share a co-actors equation with Ranbir. He’s a very talented actor and though he has had only a few years of experience as an actor, he’s maturing very fast and doing some really good work.I’ve forever been rumoured to be dating my co-stars, but it doesn’t affect me, but the latest about Ranbir and me being together is really ridiculous,” said Priyanka.
The actor, who’s been lately linked to Hurman Baweja and then Shahid Kapoor, adds: “I don’t know Ranbir on a personal level — I have only interacted with him on a professional level.When I meet someone I’m sure about, I’ll let the world know. So there’s no reason to jump the gun. I’m sure people who read such news will notice that we are working together and rumor will emerge — but that doesn’t mean they are all true.”On the other hand, the beauty queen-turned-actor is more than happy recounting her skill as a judge at Miss World this year, a gala she herself won in 2000.”
Though I wanted Miss India to win it, I was fair and judged people only on their calibre. I could sense what the contestants were sensitivity, the rush of emotions they were hiding.It was a nostalgic moment to see these girls on very the stage I won my title. Actors Priyanka Chopra and Shahid Kapoor have a cross connection and there is a third angel too as, post-love, it has become the reason behind someone’s sleepless nights. In five years, I am very fortunate to be where I am,” he said.Having actor parents, he always wanted to be an actor since his childhood. “When I told my parents that I want to become a Hindi film hero, they reacted as any other normal parent would. They told me that ‘of course, you can be an actor but whether a leading Hindi film hero or not, nobody can promise that’. It’s really a big thing to be a Hindi film hero. I guess it’s a matter of luck.Most people don’t get to do what they love but I am doing what I really love at the end,” he said.

Priyanka Chopra was on the guest list at the annual Diwali party that the Harman Baweja’s parents, Harry and Pammi, hosted this year. Surprisingly, she did come for the bash and stayed for a few hours.After their break-up, Priyanka wasn’t even on talking terms with Harman.In fact, they started talking to each other only during the promotions of their film “What’s Your Rashee?”.
