It was a party hosted by the successful Bollywood director Karan Johar. The venue was the Four Seasons Hotel and the date was first of February, 2011. The party was attended by most of the glitterati of the Bolly Town. Shah Rukh Khan, Priyanka Chopra and Kareena Kapoor graced the occasion. Sonali Bendre and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan entered the party together. No sooner had they arrived, the talk spread around the party that Sonali was not wearing underwear.
This is a disheartening incident for the fans of Sonali Bendre. During her career she has always portrayed herself as a sober actress. This incident rudely goes against her good image. Bollywood was rocked in the past due to separate such incidents, where Yana Gupta and Neetu Chandra turned up in public without wearing a panty. However, both of them were unmarried.
Sonali Bendre, the wife to the well known director Goldie Behl and the mother of a child; is always popular with the camera men. She has always attracted the looks of the admirers; however, this wardrobe malfunction might tarnish her reputation. The actress agitated with the whole incidence, retorted back to the press people that she was glad that they saw it.
