There was a huge controversy on national television and Neetu’s publicist Dale Bhagwagar vehemently denied Veena’s allegations and termed her a “liar”. Veena and Dale were featured live on various television channels, fiercely debating the allegations.
As a result of all this hype and hoopla, both Neetu Chandra and Veena Malik were offered Bigg Boss. Veena accepted, while Neetu didn’t.
The Pakistani actress entered the Indian reality show and was best known and widely discussed for her close proximity to Ashmit Patel, another of the same publicist Dale’s clients.
Now after a month, Veena is being covered in international media and is looked upon as a girl who stood up for her rights in Bigg Boss. She’s being perceived as a fighter, for the cause of upliftment of women; similar to what Shilpa Shetty achieved with Big Brother when the same publicist Dale Bhagwagar was handling her PR.
What’s more! We thought Veena and Dale could never see eye to eye, as they were at loggerheads. But to our surprise, they were spotted together, happily chatting away at Ashmit’s birthday bash some time ago.
